Returns Policy-Withdrawal
In case the customer wishes to return products purchased, they must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery and the transport costs will be borne by the customer. Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, carefully wrapped, clean and unused and with all labels attached. All items must be in perfect condition. If returned items do not meet the above requirements, they will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Products to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase document. If the aforementioned conditions are met, a refund will be made to the customer within 14 working days from the time the company was informed of the withdrawal, except for 3.5€ (the cost of returning the product).
If the reason for the return is the fault of the company (e.g. wrong or defective product), then the return costs are entirely borne by our company.
To initiate the return process, please email us at info@formyskin.gr with your order number and subject “RETURN OF PRODUCT” and we will provide you with address details and more details about the return process.
Once we receive your parcel, we will examine the product(s) and notify you of the refund within 7 days. Returns will only be accepted upon approval by the company.
The company does not accept product changes.
